It's taken a while to get here but the campaign is finally over! All rewards have now been shipped out, and you can check your inboxes for tracking numbers! Please allow up to 4 weeks for arrival if you're UK based and up to 60 days for international orders! It's the festive period, and with global delays hitting hard since the beginning of the pandemic, all patience is appreciated! Hello!
We're finally coming to the end of the project aha The bags were due Sunday, but after a huge kerfuffle with DPD they ended up arriving Monday. I was hoping to start mailing yesterday but shit happens I guess!
Excuse the mess, but my home looks like santas workshop at the moment aha As of now all pledges are packed, if you have NOT PAID please check your surveys, theres still a few straggling decline cards. At this stage you WILL NOT be refunded as stated many times through the campaign and your items WILL NOT be posted until outstanding balances are paid.
An important note about the bags as well, they were all packed individually with the wings and insert's inside, I've done my best to triple check each bag but if you are missing any items please send me a message on arrival and if you've gained extra items, Merry Christmas? 😅😂
Almost all the bags have arrived a little squished looking, but please be aware due to the nature of materials (soft PU and plastic) and long shipment times this is normal, and is just from the weight of the bags stacked on top of each other! My house is freezing so its hard to shape materials correctly, on top of that they'd get squished again being shipped likely. So on arrival I'd recommend stuffing the bags right out and leaving near a radiator or heater to bounce back to their correct forms (Or using a hair dryer maybe but not over the screen printed areas for too long)! Same with the window area, I wanted to avoid bending them too much incase I damaged them!
Watch out for tracking numbers landing in your inboxes soon, Pre Christmas delivery is not guaranteed for UK or international residents and I'm asking UK residents to wait a maximum of 4 weeks, and international orders 60 days due to the festive period. If you sill haven't received your pledges by then please send me a message so I can rectify it for you!

Hello everyone!
I'm sure you're all wondering how its going still, unfortunately I've still not received the bags 😶 Though as its now officially past the 40 working day timeline I was given by the manufacturer I did a quick chase!
Definitely breathed a sigh of relief hearing they have arrived in the UK! Unfortunately tracking doesn't update on my side until its picked up. I'll let you guys know as soon as custom clearance reaches me (or I receive a customs charge aha whatever comes first!) There are 5 large boxes so I'm feeling its going to be a slow one. Hopefully we can start getting packing underway in December and it won't be much longer until you receive your goodies!
I'd like to quickly just say though, there is a worldwide shipping delay issue at the moment and I fully expect this to get worse through December. When bags do ship I'd like to make everyone aware theres a 4 week grace period for UK delivery and a 6-8 week grace period for International orders, this is completely out of my control but if you still don't receive your goods after this time period please hit me up straight away.
